MISSION STATEMENT
Menlo-Atherton Vikings mission is to develop leaders through the sport of football and cheer. To achieve this, we instill core values and our experienced coaches provide focused instruction to help you develop your physical skills and mental IQ in a supportive, team-nurturing environment. ​
At MAV our goal is to help you become a complete player, a great teammate and a leader on and off the field. ​
Philosophy of MAV: We are all students of the game with the intent of developing a well rounded student-athletes both on and off the field. As the leadership team, we pledge to support and educate our coaches, foster the family driven atmosphere, and provide the most competitive youth football team in the bay area.

Required Forms and Documents:

2024 Player Contract *do not use old forms

2024 Physical Form *do not use old forms

Copy of your birth certificate or other accepted proof of age (such as a passport)

Pop Warner Medical Release Form for the player's physical exam (DATED in calendar year 2024) signed by a doctor, certifying that the player is physically fit to play tackle football. Do not wait on this one, set up the physical early.

Player Contract signed by the player and parent/guardian.

One photograph, head and shoulders, NO HAT, 2"x2" or 2"x3".

(2) copies of school report cards for ALL 2023/2024 school year grading periods. Must have all quarters, trimesters or semesters (This won't be available until June 2024)
