Is Pop Warner football an effective conduit to high school competition?

It certainly seems to be for Menlo-Atherton Vikings alumni. Recent Vikings are thriving in prep programs throughout the Peninsula , with conspicuous representation on Menlo-Atherton High's undefeated varsity and junior varsity teams.
