Allison played two years at North Idaho College before being recruited to San Jose State University as a setter. While at SJSU, Allison also had to the opportunity to compete on the Beach Volleyball team. During her 5th year, she had the opportunity to compete in the No. 1 spot for the beach volleyball team. Alli graduated in 2018 with her Master's in Kinesiology, Sport Management.
She is currently the Assistant Coach for College of San Mateo's Indoor Program, as well as Co-Head Beach Volleyball Coach for the Beach Program. When she is not with CSM, she is a Head Coach and the Director for the Peninsula Location at SandLegs Beach Volleyball Club.
